Regulatory Steering

The Regulatory Steering Group (RSG) supports the Association’s work on regulations effecting the securities lending market, on behalf of ISLA members and the broader industry.

The group will consider upcoming regulatory roadmaps by responding to consultations, discussion papers, surveys and reviews from regulators. It will also work on industry advocacy directly or through any subgroups created to address specific regulation.

Frequency: Regular
Requirement: Member firms can apply to join the group, however regular attendance and active participation in relevant meetings is a prerequisite (ISLA reserves the right to modify attendance based on the current composition).
