ISLA Board of Directors
Voting is now open for the new ISLA Board of Directors!
ISLA is pleased to announce that the candidate nominations for the new ISLA Board have been posted to our website and can be viewed here.
Once you have reviewed the candidate statements, please use the following form to vote for your chosen candidates.
Your vote must be submitted by Friday 14 October at 14:00 BST.
Voting Reminder:
- Only the registered Full Member Firm Representative (FMFR) can vote
- Each FMFR has seven votes in total, all seven votes must be used for a valid submission
- Only one vote can be given per candidate
- Candidates may vote for themselves
- Please do not vote for more than seven candidates
- Voting must be received by the deadline

Articles of Association
To allow for the new board to consist of a diverse mix of representatives across geographical location, gender, industry sector and experience, and in accordance with our constitution, the Articles of Association (view here) have been amended to allow for previously co-opted Directors to be co-opted for a second term. The changes in relation to co-opting of directors can be viewed under clauses 9.1 & 10.6. of the Articles.
Your vote for the Articles of Association must be submitted by 1 November.
You can use the below form to vote for your chosen candidates and to vote for the amended Articles of Association, which are to come into effect on 1 November.
If you are unable to vote for the Articles of Association electronically by 14 October, you may use the proxy form, and ask the Chair to vote for or against on your behalf at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 1 November.
