Description:
Jurisdiction of the issuer of the security used as collateral. In case of securities issued by a foreign subsidiary, the jurisdiction of the ultimate parent company shall be reported or, if not known, jurisdiction of the subsidiary.
Best Practice:
If Field 2.75 (Type of Collateral Component) is populated with "SECU", a valid ISO 3166-1 country code shall be provided, else leave blank.
Where populated, the jurisdiction should correspond to the ‘Legal address’ in GLEIF data. (SFTR-112)
