On 17 May 2022, ISLA will be running an in-person briefing event in Zurich for regional market participants.

The half-day session will aim to provide regional practitioners, including institutional investors, funds and banks with an update on key market trends and developments within the securities lending and financing industry.

The event will provide a forum to discuss current economic market events and trends, as well as ongoing regulatory and securities finance market developments.

A light lunch will be served from 12:00, providing an opportunity to network informally before presentation and discussions that will begin at 13:00.

Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCoV/COVID-19

In response to the recent outbreak of Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCoV/COVID-19, we are monitoring the situation closely on a daily basis, and will be following the directions and guidance of the World Health Organization, as well as relevant local authorities (Sozialministerium Oesterreich & Bundesministerium Oesterreich) in making planning decisions around the European Conference in Vienna.

We are currently working with our venues, caterers and suppliers to ensure they have implemented stringent cleaning and sanitation measures, with the comfort, safety and health of our delegates and colleagues being our priority.

As it currently stands, there are no official travel warnings or bans for travelling to Austria.
