Best Practice:
If Field 2.75 (Type of Collateral Component) is populated with "SECU" or "COMM", a value (x18 numerical characters including up to x5 decimals or x11 numerical characters including up to x10 decimals) shall be provided, else it should be left blank.

ISLA advocated that this field be optional as participants may not, at the point of execution, know the collateral to be received. Although the field was not changed to optional, a conditional validation is acceptable based on the logic that Field 2.75 is populated with "SECU". (SFTR-107)
