Description:
Spread for the floating rebate rate expressed in basis point.

Best Practice:
If Field 2.59 (Floating Rebate Rate) is populated, a value (x5 numerical characters) shall be provided, else the field should be left blank.

This field applies to cash rebate loans only. Note that, per paragraph 258: "Counterparties should update this information only when they agree to change the rate or the spread, but not on a daily basis". (SFTR-86)
