Description:
Indicates whether the securities lending transaction is uncollateralised. This field shall not be used when the counterparties agree to collateralise the trade, but the specific allocation of collateral is not yet known.

Best Practice:
When populated, this field should be populated with either "TRUE" to indicate when the trade is uncollateralised or "FALSE" to indicate where it is collateralised. (SFTR-92)
